Downloading problem

When I download it came blank like I mean when I was downloading it would usually take a whole day and I really want to play this game cause the add was very interesting and Im crying that its nit working I mean I was really looking forward to this game sorry but the downloading is HORRIBLE like Im not trying to be mean but it breaks my heart to know it takes one day to download the freaking game
