Needs some improvement

This is an amazing game for my little cousins to play but they are complaining that they dont like it when the customers want certain things, which basically ruins their experiment. Can you make at least one of the following improvements?

-Selecting the dish you want to make
-Variety of ingredients for each dish and not one preference
-More dishes
